1. Shipping Information

We offer shipping to both the UK and internationally. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • 🇺🇸 USA: 4-8 business days
  • 🇦🇺 Australia: 4-8 business days
  • 🇨🇦 Canada: 4-8 business days
  • 🇪🇺 Europe: 4-8 business days
  • 🌎 Rest of World: 10-14 business days

Order Processing
We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed after 2:00 PM (GMT) will be processed on the next working day. Most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days of purchase.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

2. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If you’re not happy with your purchase, you can return items in their original, unused condition for a full refund or exchange.

Return Policy

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date you receive your order.
  • To initiate a return, please contact us within 5 working days of receiving your order if the product is damaged or faulty.
  • Items must be returned in their original, unopened, and unused condition.

How to Return
To return an item, please email us at info@herbaluxesoap.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to send the item back to us.

Refunds
Once we have received your returned item and it has been inspected, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please note, shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us for assistance. We will help you arrange the exchange, subject to product availability.

3. Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us within 5 working days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions on how to return the item and arrange for a refund or replacement as applicable.
